HVTC is partnering with Service NSW to deliver traineeship opportunities across NSW, giving job seekers the chance to gain practical work experience on the frontline of one of Service NSW's local community branches.

Since 2017 HVTC has collaborated with Service NSW to place more than 400 trainees in 100 service centres across NSW, providing valuable training and employment opportunities to school leavers and job seekers in metropolitan, rural and remote communities. The majority of the HVTC trainees hosted to Service NSW work as Digital Service Representatives, which involves being the first point of contact for customers in the branch and dealing with their initial enquiries, assisting them to transact online and then referring them on to the appropriate channels if required.
During your traineeship, you will undertake a Certificate III in Customer Engagement - Business qualification over 12 months, which is delivered online through the Central Coast Community College (RTO 90304). You'll also be hosted to Service NSW to gain practical skills in the workforce, preparing you for potential ongoing employment. Whether you've got prior experience in customer service and want a qualification to help elevate your career to the next level; you're just looking for a new career path; or you still aren't exactly sure what you want to do; this traineeship is a great stepping stone to bigger and better opportunities.
