Sharon Smith was appointed as HVTC's CEO in November 2012. She took on the role with an outstanding record of achievement, with over 20 years as a dynamic and influential Senior Executive in the Utilities, Regional Development and private sectors.

Libby Ford
Operations Manager
Libby is HVTC’s Operations Manager and has worked in various roles including the Group Training Operations in Payroll and as a Team Leader to the GTO Team. Libby was promoted to Manager GTO Operations December 2012.

Allyson Malloy
Group HR & Safety Manager
Allyson's role is responsible for the development and implementation of HR and Safety systems across the HVTC Group. These systems support recruitment, talent management and training, and ensure the health, safety and welfare of all HVTC Group staff, students, and hosted employees.

Stephen Clarke
Group Finance Manager
Stephen joined the HVTC Group in July 2019 and comes with a strong technical background and a passion for not for profit organisations. Having worked within the Aged Care, Travel, Wine and Pharmaceuticals industries, Stephen has a well-rounded commercial skillset spanning over 30 years’ experience.

Ellen commenced with HVTC in January 2022 as the Group Marketing and Communications Manager. Ellen’s strength and experience in corporate communications, marketing, and brand development allows her to implement and lead the HVTC Group’s marketing and communication strategy.
