Skillswest Training Company was established as an RTO in 1989 at Penrith, the establishment of the skills enhancement facility was an initiative of the NSW State Government, which invited the Hunter Valley Training Company to the region to develop quality training opportunities for the people and industries of Western Sydney.
Skillswest is equipped with state-of-the-art workshops and training facilities to deliver the best possible outcomes for many industry sectors. These include automotive, engineering and construction workshops, and more than 5,000 square metres of outdoor work areas.
