We were so impressed that we signed them both up as full-time apprentices. Our decision to work with NRGT and to put on SBAs has proven to be an easy and affordable way to boost our business."

Chemical Traineeship
"Participating in this traineeship has been a very beneficial learning experience for me. It has not only allowed me to further develop my skills in the chemical field but has also allowed me to understand the numerous opportunities that are available to me.
Personally I believe that traineeships are an excellent opportunity for young people as they provide an alternative way to learn that is more practicable than simply going from school to university. The chance to learn the skills for a certain field both theoretically at TAFE and hands on with an industry employer is invaluable as it forms a strong base knowledge and supports people who may find it difficult learning from only one form of education.
When a young person begins a traineeship they are not only allowing themselves access to better education in their chosen field but they also gain many amazing opportunities that they may not otherwise have access to. Thorough out my traineeship I have experienced an incredible amount of these amazing opportunities. I have attended the Today’s Skills: Tomorrow’s Leaders program in Canberra, been nominated as both Group Training Australia’s NSW and Australian Trainee of the year and have met many inspiring people.
These opportunities, coupled with the education I have received, have not only increased my knowledge and skill in the chemical field but have also vastly improved my confidence and given me the courage and desire to continue developing myself both personally and professionally."
